Product Information: There are two kinds of heat exchanger that can be within your heating unit, the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger. The primary is present in almost all boilers and it allows the heat to be transferred from the burner to the water within the system. The secondary heat exchanger is only required in a combi boiler and allows the heat to be transferred between one closed system and another.

This part is present in 9 different boilers in the Vaillant range including the Vaillant ecoTEC PRO (2006-2010), ecoTEC PRO (2005-2010), VUW 246/3-3 R1 , VUW 286/3-3 , VUW 286/3-3 R1 . In the next tab there is an appliance grid with links to all boilers that contain this part.
